At Valente Jewellers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size adjustments only, subject to availability. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Alterations: We are pleased to provide in-store alteration services to ensure your jewelry fits perfectly.
